Mulle meeldivad sellised paari sentimeetri suurused kuubikud.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seej\u00e4rel koori porgandid. Viiluta \u00f5hukesteks (umbes 3 mm) viiludeks.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viimasena haki kapsas. Minule meeldib l\u00f5igata pigem peenemad (umbes 3 mm laiused) kapsaribad, kuid ka suuremad kapsat\u00fckid j\u00e4\u00e4vad \u00fchepajatoidu sees m\u00f5nusad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui vesi on keema l\u00e4inud, lisa k\u00f5ik koostisosad potti (kartul, porgand, kapsas). Hauta tasasel tulel umbes 20-30 minutit, kuni koostisosad on pehmed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samal ajal, kui toitu hautad, pruunista kergelt keskmisel kuumusel hakkliha. Maitsesta soola ja pipraga.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siis kui hakkliha on valmis, lisa see potti ja hauta kogu potit\u00e4it veidi aega veel (umbes 5 minutit), et maitsed m\u00f5nusasti kokku seguneksid.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soovi korral raputa peale ka v\u00e4rskelt hakitud tilli. Mina seda aja kokkuhoiu m\u00f5ttes \u00fcldjuhul ei tee. Eesti k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad on ilma praadimiseta niigi maitsvad<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alati ei pea toitu lisama liha, ka selle retsepti lihavaba variant on maitsev.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minule meeldib kasutada delikatesshakkliha, kuid igasugune hakkliha sobib h\u00e4sti (nt kodune v\u00f5i miks mitte ka kanahakkliha). Samuti v\u00f5ib hakkliha asendada tavalise lihaga (praet\u00fckk v\u00f5i taisem sealiha vms).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dchepajatoit seisab h\u00e4sti k\u00fclmkapis ning sobib soojendamiseks ka j\u00e4rgmistel p\u00e4evadel. Kui tunned, et toit on liiga paksuks muutunud, lisa toitu \u00fcles soojendades potti veel veidi
